Account & Data Deletion

At Issorite, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your Albumination account and completely erase your personal information from our servers, you can do so at any time.

Method 1: Deletion from inside the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the Albumination app.

  1. Open the Albumination App and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to your Profile tab.
  3. Tap the Settings gear icon.
  4. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
  5. Tap Delete Account and confirm the prompt.

Method 2: Email Request (Out-of-app deletion)

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer that we delete your data manually, you can submit an out-of-app deletion request.

  1. Send an email to contact@albumination.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your exact Albumination Username and send the email from the address associated with your account.

What happens when you delete your account?

Upon processing your deletion request (either in-app or via email), we will permanently execute the following actions:

  • Delete your user profile, username, bio, and avatar.
  • Remove all of your User-Generated Content, including all published "Rotations", "Takes", and comments.
  • Remove all active sessions and device tokens.

Note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the process is complete, your data cannot be recovered.
